If you somehow manage to put the wrong address in, we are not liable for your package being delivered to the wrong address. If the package is shipped back to us we will happily ship it back to you however, you are required to pay for shipping again as a new tracking number and label will have to be created. Shipments that are outside of the Turks and Caicos Islands processing and shipping time will take up to 3-5 business days (sometimes longer) depending on where you are located so please be patient and understanding.
